Why 0.00125 SOL and not $0.10?

Solana keeps every account at a minimum balance of 0.00065 SOL ("rent"). Sending less to an empty wallet simply fails. So the drop covers that minimum first, and the rest pays ~119 network fees.

Rules of the rain

One drop per wallet and per username. Several wallets from one person, fresh throwaway wallets and bot-like sign-ups are removed before a round. The queue is first come, first served while the pool lasts.
